The InSinkErator Evolution Excel is everything they claim. I’ve had this since May and all summer long I ran things through it like chicken bones, corn cobs, artichoke leaves, pork ribs, coffee grounds, old celery stalks, hard dried-out limes, etc, etc, etc. My wife always expected it to jam or blow a fuse but it powered on through every test like a champ. By keeping organic waste items out of the kitchen trash your house will not have as many unpleasant odors lingering about.
